Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal at magizhchi is to make sure you're happy with every purchase. We provide a simple return and exchange procedure if you receive faulty or damaged clothing products. Kindly go over the following instructions to ensure a smooth experience.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- We take utmost care to pack the items well so that it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Even otherwise if the product seems damaged an open video is a must for accepting.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Items of clothing must be returned unworn, with tags still on, and in their original condition.
- In case a product is damaged, we require an open video.
- Within 3 days of receiving the order, the return must be started.
Refund Policy:
- On acceptance of Cancellation request, refund will be processed within 10 working days. The mode of refund would be through NEFT/ Payment Gateway.
Cancellation Policy :
We recognize that circumstances can change and that you might have to cancel your order. The following are the primary elements of our cancellation policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours from placement of orders.
- Partial cancellation in terms of reducing the number of items is possible unless it violates with the minimum order quantity norms for that particular item.
- Cancellation of an order is not possible for customized products.
- If the order is shipped, cancellation would not be possible unless the item is damaged and not delivered on time.
Things to Consider
- Before making a purchase, carefully check that the product descriptions, sizes, and colours match your expectations.
- To avoid delivery problems, make sure your shipping address is correct.
- If, upon delivery, you discover any damage to the package, please take note of it and notify our customer support team right away.
- Please preserve the original packaging for exchanges and returns.
